Kevin Gray is Director of Global Investment Service Corp.
Mr. Gray has over 24 years in the investment banking business. He has formed and managed many private companies. He was Owner and Managing Principal of the offices of two Investment Banking brokerage franchises. At these companies, Mr. Gray was responsible for the hiring of management positions, budgeting office expenses, payroll, analysis of debt and equity portfolios for suitability, and all functions of operating and Investment Banking facility. Mr. Gray has been instrumental in locating companies in need of investment banking services such as Private Placements, Equity and Debt offerings and Restructuring. As consultant to private and public companies, have engaged in business development, structuring of mergers, PIPE funding, Business Valuation, Cost Reduction, and Strategy Development and Execution. Mr. Gray has established and managed relationships with Investment Banking Firms, Venture Capitalist, PR Firms, Accounting & Legal Professionals, and Private Investors. He has conducted Mergers with corporations to provide them with listing on the NASDAQ OTC and Frankfurt markets and structured borrowing facility programs on equity securities. For the past several years Gray has been an active private investor, investing his own capital in emerging companies in Europe, Asia, and the US. Today, Mr. Gray operates a global firm with offices in Cayman Islands and Hong Kong with representatives in multiple countries with a concentration in structured finance products geared towards financing the mid-market with a strong concentration in the Asian Pacific Rim market. Mr. Gray currently participates in all aspect of GISC activities. He is actively involved in GISC’s direction, investment decisions and operational strategies.
